I bought this and used it for the first time the other day in a mine as my backup. It was perfect! + It was great to use while kitting up in red mode, without wasting burn time on my primary! Would highly recommend for overhead diving backup - very easy to access in an emergency!

Sorry if I missed it in the video but can this be used above water or will it get too hot?

You can use it on the surface, I used it for a couple DIY jobs but the white light does get warm to the touch. It has the same Intelligent over-heat protection as other OrcaTorch lights to protect it from heat damage though.

I wish manufacturers would stick with one type of USB charging OrcaTorch is selling new products with both micro usb and usb-c

I think we're just on the edge of everything becoming USB-C. More and more of new tech I see is USB-C and I think the EU is pushing hard for it to be a universal fitting.

Its annoying - USB-C has been the standard for about a decade already, there's really no excuse
