You can still buy a condo for under $300,000 and rent it for more than your mortgage payment. Real estate is the best asset class, especially in Irvine.

@@funzo2018 Everything is from scratch. Just used Premier Pro CC, InDesign for the graphics, Photoshop for cutting and pasting (Premier Doesn't like InDesign)

There is so much to do there with a drone. How about low fly through the groves (dangerous to drone. lol) And they're always expanding the community.
