Singapore's history dates back at least a millennium, having been a maritime emporium known as Temasek and subsequently as a major constituent part of several successive thalassocratic empires. I had bad and scary experience at Changi airport terminal4 last Saturday 13 May 2023. Immigration held me up over two hours before issuing visa. I was travelling on British passport, it should not taken more then ten minutes. I am very unhappy about this which spoiled my Singapore visit. This behaviour a sure way to loose tourists!
