These guys are awesome, they have the Black Sabbath sound , best I have heard in a long time. Been jamming to Black Sabbath since I was 8 , 33 years ago, and I love how Orchid has picked up that classic heavy sound.

Man, the entire group it´s a copy of Black Sabbath, riffs, changes, style, names of tracks (of course with a little change, example: Black Sabbath (Supernaut, Electric Funeral, Dear Father, ) Orchid (Cosmonaut, Black Funeral, Electric Father), Masters of it all by "Orchid" it´s a mix of the Black Sabbath´s album "Master of reality" and the name song "The thrill of it all".... clothes, movements of the singer, typography, the name of the group "Orchid", name of Black Sabbath´s song...anything else? Good sound, but unoriginal band...

These guys are great!!! Killer song!!! Great drummer!!! Nothing wrong w/showing your influences IMHO. That Orange Amp combined w/that gibson is nailin' the tone. Black Sabbath are the GODFATHERS of Heavy Metal. That's where it all started kids.

Couple that though with the fact Pentagram largely got recognition based on their Death Row era records, which had a hell of a lot of Sabbath influence owing to one Victor Griffin. I'm not disputing that, cause I agree. Just that (due to many well documented reasons) Pentagram never got their due until much later.
