Magnifique. Even sticking to ''grocery store Phalaenopsis'', one can build a nice collection of relatively easy plants that can bloom for 4+ months per year in so many different colors and sizes. Shops keep getting better Phals thanks to hybridisers at work in many countries to produce better colors and patterns, faster growing, good size flowers that last long on compact plants. North-facing window Phals will need extra light to stay vigorous and rebloom reliably, but as a ''display spot'' for a few weeks, the low light won't hurt too much.

My orchids seem to very much dislike an end to blooming. They spike one after the next. I just don't believe that's healthy.
