Yeah the filter is probably leaving some on the table. But TBH, the trans isn’t gonna take half the power the compounds are capable of.

Thank you! I’m trying to make the videos short n sweet but still full of pertinent info. Turbo is awesome! Every single time I touch it it’ll see WOT whacks. I’ll see 50psi on the street. 70psi loaded or on a hill. Though, manifold psi doesn’t correlate to atmospheric turbo boost pressure. But it’s holding up well. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another. I might change out my manifold charger with a pulsar he351 style.

@mafosa8519 that’s not how compounding works. I could try and paint a picture of how it functions, but I would be doing a disservice to you. There’s plenty of videos on here that do an excellent job of explaining how they work, better then I can do in a comment.

You definitely want the most filter surface area possible to have the least restrictive filter. A noticeable difference? Probably not. Ideal? No, but it’s necessary for my space constraints. In my situation, I rather have a slight restriction, then no filter at all. Butt dyno can’t tell a difference with or without a filter
