They have taken over where sabotage left off. They are a combination of the first album and master of reality mostly.

This is a joke... Nuclear Blast is PRODUCING (nor creating nor finding) artists like hollywood produces ugly twisted-remakes of classic movies just to make profit out of it. Metal was never about profit, it was about youth, questioning, breaking the roots, adrenaline, exposing all that we can't express in our daily social activities. Im not saying it was our troll cave to hide our true selves but instead it was bringing out a scream of all the "whys" and of all our unanswered questions. The bands that tried to make profit or during their creative times became career-professional freaks, they were long forgotten in history. It was pure, raw and honest of what it was. I m not saying that there's a virgin birth (everybody will copy someone at somepoint or at a certain level) nor that Im accusing Orchid. Nuclear Blast is a monopoly and it has taken everything under its control. A contract with NB may be a life-problem solving but it is like selling your soul. I remember metal blade, epic records, earache, rise above, roadrunner, I remember these guys stood up to one point (not so much anymore). They believed in metal. But wot NB is doing; is just reading the trends and I m pretty sure they tell the artists what to play n how to play it. Thats a generalization because there are awsome bands that they deserve our attention and they re surviving in the filth of the record companies. I still believe in metal because creativity is limitless, I still believe in sth new because the world is turning and I still feel, "...feel the music of my age/ It's paranoid...first degree/ Tellin' me that I'm not free I've got Heavy Metal music in my blood And I'd like to give it to you if I could"

Naikal1986 Nuclear Blast has ZERO input or say in ANYTHING that we do.
@Naikal19869 жыл бұрын
Glad to hear that. But Im watching/listening Nuclear Blast's course since the Jester Race days. Let me have my doubts on that... for many reasons.

Well, companies exist for one reason. The more successful they are, the more money they need.
