Najeeb you explain better but sometimes we miss the other contents which you don't explain in your lectures. It's simply a suggestion that pl don't leave any topic incomplete. you could have covered all rules of this order but you didn't. Your lectures are not sufficient for judicial aspirants. Sir, I had resigned on feb, 2013 private company . Then employer filled money suit case at civil court on me dated 13/02/2015 for recovery notice period money and payback incentive money. noticed i have not got still. i want to know that can I fill counter claim case as per rule 6 of order VII of ccp if my dues is also remained on employer. I m arising this question due to gap of 5 years of my resignation periods. which is outer of limitation period (3 years) If yes, please tell me it's ground section/order/rule any supreme court decision etc. Please it's urgent for me

If you have reasonable grounds of delay to file counter claim, court can accept your suit, if you haven't it, court shall reject your suit on the basis of limitations act.

Sir, you have taken judicial magistrate example for filing plaint, plaint is for civil matters and judicial magistrate handles criminal matter. Although topic is clear, just court name in the example is wrong.
