Sir, After 90 days if defendant failed to submit his written statement, he will set exparte and matter will posted for evidence of plaintiff. That means the person who filed the suit have to submit his evidence. Immediately the court will post the matter for Judgement. It will take 2 or 3 adjournments only for disposal of the case then.

Defendant will be set Exparte if he failed to appear before the honourable court when the summons held sufficient. Then the suit posted to Exparte plaintiff's evidence. The defendant may come to court anytime and seek for set aside of Exparte order only when he shows sufficient reason for his failure on first hearing.
