I wish I could get a copy of the staff manual they use at Starbucks for asking questions to us customers when ordering coffee. They all speak so fast, I’m always left stumped and looking stupid. And I just want a simple cup of coffee! So, if you could make a lesson showing a list of common questions they throw back, I would not feel so intimidated. LoL
