Order flow, as a critical concept for traders, provides insight into the buying and selling pressures in the market by showing the total volume of trades being executed. Traders can use this information to determine the direction of the market and make informed trading decisions. In addition to observing order flow, traders can also take note of "smart money" behavior to gain further insight into market trends. Smart money refers to large institutional investors or market participants who have access to information and resources that allow them to make informed trades.
