You say add subtract left to right. Let me ask you a simple question. 20-21+15. Are we adding or subtracting. Thanks

Yes, you can go left to right, so 20 - 21 is -1 and -1 + 15 gives you the correct answer of 14.

Check out ISO 80000-2 and ISO 80000-1. It's all there. Dont use ÷. Parentheses can be nested without ambiguity. There is no left to right rule.
