Attachment of property means , jab court aapki property ko seize kar leti hai as a security taki aap summons karne pe court me appear ho jao ya any other reason like in case apka suit ka matter kisi property se related hai to aap usko sell na kardo ,so as a preventive measure court attach karti hai property , i hope you understand.

Summon witness only once came in the civil court and signed his presence...for next 6 months he didn't bother to come in court ....after 6 months of his absence, civil court stopped his summons and declared his unnecessary witness What law says about it
