Suit for specific performance already installed . Now during hearing of Specific performance suit , now i wants to sue for 'Pronote ' suit. What is your view regarding this.

mam why s.5 of limitation act: it applies to appeal and application not suit???

Because order VII rule 6 applies to suit.

Ye order to defendent ke liye bahut risky hai, to phir is order ke under me aplication kya both parties contract krke lagati ya phir only plaintiff lagata or court allow krti

Only plaintiff filed application, After application defendant ki leave to defend ki application lga sakta h
