The best trading tutorial ever Straight to the point - The best part about it is that you are backtesting live , hence you have no idea how the market will play when you click play It is easy to explain when you have a static chart I once saw a great trade with over 500K followers explain order blocks and then try to replay the market and fail miserably This is what impressed me most Showcasing your strategy on a random replayed market and it works every single time

Great work. I have a suggestion for a video. Could you make a video explaining how structure flow plays into order blocks and how you can use internal structure on LTF to hunt for entries to refine entries to lesson risk and improve TP on trades.
@PsychFXofficial3 жыл бұрын
Sure could do, one thing I will say is if you’re not already consistent don’t worry about refinement. So many people focus on refinement before they have the basics. Trying to run before they can walk. Nevertheless I may make this video - all the best! 🙏🏼
@MakuLabs4 жыл бұрын
The dilemma I have with refining to smaller timeframe is that it definitely increases the RR, but also decreases your win ratios as stop loss is tightened. I often find myself correct in direction but loose on the trade because I refined too much.
@PsychFXofficial4 жыл бұрын
Yep many people find this. Remember beginners and newbies focus on “sniper entries” and it’s just not necessary. Most people find it much easier to have a wider stop, lower risk reward so there isn’t so much pressure on having a perfect entry. Remember BEGINNERS OBSESS ABOUT ENTRIES, PROS FOCUS ON CONSISTENCY
@MakuLabs4 жыл бұрын
@@PsychFXofficial you couldn't have described it any better. As I trade, I've stuck to a 4H entry and stop because it let's me trade with a day job and has an enough 1.75R with built in break even at 1R. This gets 55-60% win rate with 75% non losers rate. I think I should focus on hitting that trade after trade. Cheers!

There are hundreds of variations for hundreds of principles, don’t make the mistake of thinking there is only one way to do things - trading is a game of probabilities. This is just one way of refining Orderblocks, 10 people may all do it 10 ways and make it work. Depends on the rules. Systematic rules that’s all it is. Sounds to me like you’re searching for either validation about whether your understanding is “right” or haven’t realised you just need to focus on picking rules and testing them effectively. Very broad question and it’s a complicated answer. Strategies are made of 1. Direction 2. Levels 3. Entry trigger So when you’re backtesting (without risk) you need a systematic way for each of these. You can come up with your own or join a course. Both are equally valid, one is just a lot quicker
