When you get 5 chases out of 10 boxes, you kinda forget about the damages. The damaged chase, just do a sticker swap, it will take you 2 minutes.

Claire Mccorkle he means to use a non damaged box from one of the non chases, out the chase figure inside and move over the sticker to said box. So it’ll look mint.

@@ClaireEMcCorkle Like Andreas said. Boxes of chase and non chase are exactly the same. So its easy to take the chase sticker on a damaged box and move it to a mint box. Then just put the chase pop in that mint box and there you go. A mint box chase. Search my videos, I explain how to do it.

Maybe if you can't reconcile with UPS to get new funkos you could use the damaged ones (commons not necessarily the chase) as giveaways to fans. I have 6 kids they would use it out of the box and love it. Just a thought

I've not had problems with UPS but with the British Postal service, Christmas cards ordered from Moonpig were delivered in an envelope marked in big letters, DO NOT BEND, you guessed it the postman bent it in half to push it through the letterbox. Complaining got us 2 books of stamps to send post through the same crap system !

I'm in Canada and a friend got a package in worse shape than that from UPS. Not only was the box all smashed up, but the tape was no longer on the box. She called and they told her they couldn't care less.

Those chases are about 30$ each so you would get 5 times 30$ + 2 times 6$ + 1$ each for the damaged ones (assuming you box swap the chase) = 165$ :D The puncture damage on the front came from the pop's nose, it is shatp. Just do a box swap for the damaged chase box, swapping the sticker isn't that difficult.

bridgett a chase is rare variation of a pop for example the iron man common pop may be just iron man but the chase version may have shiny armour or be iron man without his mask

I can see where it could be UPS's fault. But at the same time, it's also the fault of the company in charge of shipping the package. You saw that the box holding the smaller boxes was WAY too big. Also none of the boxes were wrapped in bubble wrap or packing peanuts. It's company negligence for your damaged package and they should be held liable as well. It's their fault for not assuring their product was properly shipped.

I fucking hate UPS. Used to work there I’ve seen how they handle the packages. Usually big packages like that they’ll put on the bottom and of a truck with a hundred or so pounds of other boxes on top and tightly stack them.

I work for ups. And were told to deliver anyway... I’ve seen worse. Most of the stuff occurs from terrible packing. Some can occur from not knowing how to load a trailer... I record them as damaged before delivering but it’s still shitty having to deliver something like that. I feel for you man trust me drivers don’t like it anymore than you do.

From my experience with taping up boxes, one strip of plastic brown tape across the top and bottom will never stick well to the box let alone a big surface area. It needs to be supplemented with the clear kind, and or wet glue sticky type. UPS is known to have boxes thrown around, as the business I worked for primary service was UPS.

O.M.G. This is exactly what happened to me recently on my order from BoxLunch! When you said it was BoxLunch I was really surprised. The box was damaged almost exactly like yours. I wish I could post pics. One Funko Pop box was squished flat! I mean like just over an inch thick. I haven’t opened it. I just don’t have the heart to see how badly the Pop is damaged. Another one had severe box damage. It is a Pop Rides Game Of Thrones Night King & Icy Viserion. One I REALLY wanted for my collection. Then there were 2 that had light damage but damage none the less. What’s funny is I bought a Beauty and the Beast Mrs. Potts porcelain bank along with a porcelain Chip tea cup and there was no damage to them! It was amazing! I feel your pain Clint. Thankfully it only damaged one Chase in your order.

Well, your sucking spree seems to have ended, after all those bad boxes of Amazon returns and Lootcrate. 5/10 chase, with minor damage on only 1. They go for $31 each, so you've hit the gold mine with this one. I'd still complain about the state of the box to UPS, though. Looks like it was trampled over in the warehouse and shoddily put together again.

I once received a high dollar Epson scanner that was delivered just in the product box with a shipping label slapped on it, and the box was completely destroyed with a hole punched in it right where the scanner bed was. It was a miracle that the glass wasn't shattered. Needless to say, Epson replaced it with one that actually had padding around the product box in shipping.

Oh I had much worse, a shipment that got lost for 5 days with UPS. Was a laptop in a box that was, just like this shipment, too large and the laptop inside was just destroyed. Got my money refunded from the seller and they opened a claim with UPS. The funny things was they UPS tried to drop it off at my door at like 7:30 PM when it was dark, the driver must have hoped nobody was home but my outdoor light comes on automatically and I was just sitting in my office. It did need a signature anyways, so I refused acceptance. How I know the laptop was destroyed? Well the parts were hanging out of the bottom....

Years ago, when I was working in a computer store, sometimes monitors came in smashed, these were CRT so really long time ago. They were just coming out with flat-screen monitors for like 3000.00. I had to fill out the paperwork to report the damaged box and items, and not sure if it is worth your time to do it, but you might be able to file a claim. Really wild you got 50% chase odds.

Had a box delivered by UPS and left on my covered porch while I was gone. It was a large box with multiple items. The box was completely split open and the merchandise was all over the floor. A bottle of liquid hand soap had broke open inside a poly bag from the force of being thrown or dropped. That was the worst but most are in pretty sad condition.

That damage looks like someone didn't pay attention to box weight while stacking them. Looks like a much heavier box was put on top and gravity took over at the point of least resistance.

Loot Crate used to ship UPS to Canada. There was not one box delivered thar wasn't crunched, and/or a hole punched in it. I finally got a box in good condition, and it was because they switched to normal postal service delivery.

That sucks about them being damaged and that shitty packing job too. Not too big on Nacho Libre though. Damn good haul! I wonder why Box Lunch would ship out a shitty packing job with that box? If I’d gotten the super damaged ones, I’d contact Box Lunch for an exchange and if that didn’t work, I’d take the pop out and flatten the box for a week or so. See if that helps it.

That is bad, What are the odds, I just had a box delivered yesterday thru fedex, a week late falling apart with them retaping it (you could tell because it was from Wal-Mart and Wal-Mart doesn't use clear tape like was on top of the walmart tape) it was not only a week late (4 rescheduled delivery dates) but it was COMPLETLY destroyed...couldn't even carry it inside, had to take the item out to take inside cause the box was just gone. I wonder if something is going around with the delivery services. Glad yours ended up okay but I think I would still call UPS and let the supplier know to use better fitting boxes.

I one time ordered a GRAPHICS CARD and UPS transfered the package to the postal service wich they do on occasion because its cheaper for them to hand it off to the post office than to deliver it themselves if you live in a rural area with no other packages going near. and the package looked like the package Jim Carry delivers on ace ventura pet detective. The Graphics card was crunched and UPS blamed the post office while the post office blamed UPS.

In the U.K. Hermes are the same. I actually received a box last week that was flat as a pancake. The item inside was smashed to pieces. I revived another parcel at the same time and that box looked okay, but the item inside was still smashed. Looks like they played some sort of sports game with them lol. Luckily the seller sorted it.
