Kailangan po ba mag serve ng demand letter si creditor kay debtor kung nakasulat sa kontrata ang "the debtor should pay on _______ without demand". Yung Article 1169 sana po yung questiion ko.

Demand could be judicial or extrajudicial. An example of an extrajudicial demand is giving a demand letter. A judicial demand is filing a case in court.
