How would you scale it up to 26/39 g of coffee? Same pouring structure (3 pours doubled/trippled) and same timing as for a single cup?

Did you try holding your paper (with your cupping spoon), then fold the paper accordingly? I think you can avoid the air bubbles with that technique!

Thanks for the input ;) I’ll give it a try. The tricky bit is the Apex creates a narrow cone shape so if I’m not careful during pre-wetting, it might mess up 😅

Nice recipe! I notice your negotiator has an apex tip, and also a handle... did you get one of the first negotiators that used magnets?
