Thank you for your transparency and explanations. I felt the need to comment and tell you how much I have learned from your videos and blogs. I bought a house with a plaster pool that was 20 years old and had been badly neglected in Florida. The pool had a rock waterfall that the previous owners covered with ferns causing a non-stop mess in the pool and a phosphate level over 2500 ppm. We removed all traces of plant life from the waterfall. I followed your instructions with the phosphate remover and flocculant with vacuum to waste. This process took 3 days to get the level below 100 ppm. I have also added enzymes to my pool care routine. My pool water is glistening and gorgeous. I was lucky and found the app to be very helpful. I had zero pool experience previously but was fortunate to have a good acid -base understanding due to a career as a respiratory therapist. I use spray bottles for my phosphate remover and enzymes as it was mentioned some pool professionals do this. Just wanted to give you a big thank you for all of your help following a video where you mentioned letting people down.
