This January session will feature H.E. Anil Sooklal, High Commissioner of South Africa to India. The discussion will focus on Africa’s position in the contemporary world, India-South Africa bilateral ties, and South Africa’s G20 presidency. The session will be moderated by Prof Harsh V. Pant, Vice President - Studies and Foreign Policy at the Observer Research Foundation, New Delhi.

Indians went to Africa much earlier than the Chinese did; But Chinese who went there relatively recently They captured the Continent of AFRICA; How? Since the Chinese ; work; work hard;; invests money make things happen; starting with great Infrastructure. Simply dedicated themselves; one can only see the Chinese work. their creativity..involvement why others can not do it? stop talking but simply work; deploy military engineers tech in civil uniforms to make it happen like china.
