Instant classic. Well done to both of them. If we get this caliber of squash in the Olympics we've got a chance to stick around.

Orfi needs to learn to give credit, where credit is due. That's what makes you a true sportswoman. She could learn alot from the ever respectful Gawad in his attitude, win or lose.
@losuk810 сағат бұрын
100% agreed. No matter how good you are but sportsmanship and respect come first

Watanabe is such an elegant player

To progress, Orfi needs to learn shot placement. She has endless opportunities to place drop shots into the nic or pass for 2 bounces at the back, but she just tries to hit it hard to the open side of the court and the rallies just go on and on. She needs a coach that will help her learn finishing skills.

Thank God for a proper decision from the refs finally, there have been some absolute shockers this tournament, what a shot to finish, well done Watanabe.

Orfi needs to stop being such a brat and shake her opponent’s hand properly. Just because she’s 17 doesn’t excuse her from simple manners.
@stevehughes151013 сағат бұрын
She needs to learn that's for sure.

Orfi’s quality and fierceness as a player are inversely proportional to her sportsmanship when she loses. Such a sore loser. Her age can’t be an excuse for poor manners. Be better!

the Egyptian wall is crumbling
@PeterP-m8t18 сағат бұрын
😂😂😂 World number one, two and three are Egyptian and Egypt have won every teams event they have been in for the past 20 years. But the wall is crumbling because one junior lost one match? A leap of absolutely astronomical proportions.
@JacobJepson-it7de18 сағат бұрын
Actually that’s not true. England won the men’s world squash team championships in 2005, 2007 and 2013. Women won that event in 2014.

@JacobJepson-it7de17 сағат бұрын
@@PeterP-m8t Actually that’s still not true. Egypt have won 66% of the world squash team championships events in the last 20 years, not 99%.
