In 10:34 and 12:18, why is the Na and K+ not included in the final answer? Im a bit stuck in that part, should it look like NaBr and KBr or i'm mistaken? :(

i might be wrong but Na and K+ are just ions floating around, they are not formed product like the other ones

Great question! We actually don't normally include inorganic ions (that are by-products) as part of the general equation. But you are right about the Na+ and K+ (which are counterions) pairing up with Cl-.
