I am happy that you are involving your children in constructing your rock bench, but I feel you hav to provide them with gloves, because their delicate hands would become tough and hard. Don't neglect your children 's care with your enthusiasm to achieve your targets, pls

Don't have to worry, kids are free to share their thoughts and willingness to get involved in activities. It depends on their mood. Sometimes they work for five minutes and move on and sometimes they stay and help us complete the work. To be honest it's difficult to find work gears for kids here in India. They try to wear my gears and get uncomfortable. So, they choose to be free hand. If you find any specific brands or store selling kids gears please pass on the info.

I haven't searched for them. But I hav a suggestion. Why don't you stich for them using any thick cloth available with you. You can take up as an activity with them. Just ask them to spread their fingers on the cloth and mark, then switch and finally cut it. Later you can turn it, inside out, so that the switches goes inside.

I wish you and your family especially ur spouse and children having taken a lot of interest in agree work since many are nowadays un interest in this work because of labour cost. Ur vedio is nice showing real life without immediate contact of villager which is very nice because villager desire to speak maximum and do less .But less contact with villager we can do wonders as per our plan and aim. Ur land is covered with granite stones and clearing stone making the place for cultivation is a really tougher job and as per plan we may not in a position to cultivate as per crops required. I ur land is suitable for cattle,goat, chicken,fish ,dug farm.Plan for tree like sandle wood, coconut,palm, venkai,teak, mahakani Bamboo in fencing area only . My best wishes.all the Best
