एवोकाडो चीन में भी 7 से 8 युआन प्रति फल यानी एक एवोकाडो का फल 7-8 युआन का मिलता है, ये दाम मैं तीन वर्ष पुराने बता रहा हूं। लेकिन चीन में तीन वर्ष में दाम नहीं बढ़ते। वहां पर आम तौर पर दाम में बढ़ोतरी 4-5 वर्षों में होती है।

It's a good option but not for all. If Government support farmers with subsidy on plants and good marketing with exports, only then a small farmer (1-5 acres) can opt for avacado farming. A farmer will also loose 3,00,000 for 5 years by leaving land vacant.

Sorry. Government should not give farmers a chawanni. Government should shift its focus from agriculture to industralization. Otherwise, India will remain bhikari economy. High paying jobs are created in industralized economies and not agriculture economy. Besides, government help to farmers means supporting losing business. Why would people need government help if their business is making money. If agriculture is losing business then get out of it.

@@AKB114 First of all, rice and wheat are going to be cheaper because countries like USA have large land and mechanized farming. I know it because I live in USA. Second, farming in India is expensive because of small land and manual labor. Farm productivity is low. This is why farmers ask for subsidies because farming is unprofitable business. Indian needs farmers to sell land to corporations so that corporations can do mechanized farming and lower inflation without having to give any tax payer subsidies.

This is in begining, the price of plant is 3000 rupees is very high for small farmer in India. We not blame seller. The government India should demolish plant import quarantine rule (law). If no quarantine law in force, small farmer can easily able to import Avocado grafted plant from Africa, Mexico, Mayanmar at lower cost. But Indian government still forcing 1904 farming plant mandatory quarantine time law for One year, It's main hurdle for Indian farmer directly without middleman narsary.
