मेरी मां ने सिखाया है काढ़ा मेरा गांव अलिबाग पानी2 ग्लास ,चिनी 4/5 चमच ज्यादा चाहिए तो डाल सकते हैं ,चाय की पत्ति पांव चमच,काली मिरी 1/2चमच (आधा चमच)कुटकर अदरक 1 तुकडा कुटकर,लेमन ग्रास भी डालने का उबाल के गरम गरम पियो अच्छा लगता है तो बताना जरूर
