Nice vlog Hannah! Try soaking the chia seeds in water or milk for 10 to 30 mins (best in the fridge) before eating. It will help the chia seeds to be digested and give their whole benefits 🥰

I do my food shop in person, don’t like the idea of substitutions when I’m fussy and I know you can choose to not have substitutions but then I’d probably have most of my shopping missing lol. ☕️

Just some info on the chia seeds. It didn't look like they were soaked before, you definitely need to do that, at least 2-4 hours I think. Dry chia seeds, when consumed directly, absorb water in the digestive tract, potentially causing discomfort or bloating. And I don't think you'd want that 😅

I live at home and mum has done online food shops my whole life apart from Covid! (She wanted more vulnerable people to have the slots). When I lived at uni I would go in person but working full time I don’t want to spend half a weekend day food shopping 😅

I do my big grocery shops online because it saves me so much time, but we definitely do in person shops in between those big orders! Once I started doing the online orders, there was no going back 😂

I’ve been using the wonder skin lip tints for months and love them. I’ve just switched to the sacheu lip tints and they peel off which is sooo satisfying! You can get a three pack from boots for £30. Highly recommend!!

This is just in case you didn’t know but your thyroid medication should be taken at least an hour before any food or coffee, so that your body can absorb the medication properly 😊. Doctors are awful for telling you how to take those meds so just thought I’d make you aware! ❤

Was going to say the same thing! My 'breakfast' is my thyroid tablet and a glass of water 🥴 Dr told me to only have water with it and wait an hour afterwards, it says in on my tablet box too!
