No we decided to switch gears and go a different route. Right now we just focus on washing and helping where we can.

Does The Tax account handle the loans?

I generally advise using the operations account to pay for loans. The tax account is there to insulate you come tax time should you owe money. If at the end of the year and your taxes are complete you have surplus of funds left in the tax account then I would see no reason why you couldn't apply that to your loans to help pay them down. Just make sure the taxes are covered before you allocate that money to something else. Again this is just my opinion and I am not by any means an accountant or CPA

What about people who have a 9-5 m-f and this is a side business? Does this model still apply?

Absolutely. Also with less overhead you could likely put a smaller percentage into the operating account and a higher percentage into your profit account
