Love your video and I agree with everything except 1 thing . Weather it is a fly or a lure when I am conventional fishing. It never goes in a box until it is dry. Flies and lures are expensive and needs to be protected against rust. I put them in a hat hand. Later that night or the next day I put them away and do maintenance on my gear like wiping down rods and reals. Doing inventory to see if I am running low on something. Same goes with waders and camping gear if used. I think of it as part of the overall experience. When I was younger I use to just put them back without worrying about it. I went into the army and when I got out almost everything had to be replaced. Lesson learned. Great video loved all your ideas. I already use most of them. Going to start color coordinating patterns by size. Have a great life.😊

Question for Q&A Friday… do you prefer BC’s freshwater single fly/hook regulations or would you prefer everyone else’s two+ fly regulations. Question applies to a guided situation, solo situation, and just fishing with buds.

Oh man honestly think about this often - For Stillwaters I enjoy the way it is for the sake of fewer tangles, being able to fish two flies at the exact same depth, and being able to hook multiple fish simultaneously on two rods. For moving water, multi fly rigs would be nice!!

Guides don't even have the numbers of flies that these "fly organizers" show us. It's absurd to have that many flies. I love the boxes with 15-20 (or more) flies neatly lined up, row after row -- 95% of which will never be used.
