You can still utilize all the planners you purchased by mixing it up and using a different planner for each section. I have multiple planners and that is what I plan to do. It will also give you a chance to see which layout you like the best then you can just buy only that planner in the future.

TY for this video. I keep everything in one planner, but I keep it lightweight & compact so it's on me everywhere I go (A5, B6, B6 slim). My faves are Agendio, Muji & Midori which I rig with tabs etc to make them hybrid bujos that include yearly overview, monthly, projects, +++trackers, weekly/daily to do, hobbies & sketches.

For years, I used only one planner. Now I have one for business and one for budget. Neither one leave home. I prefer keeping them separate because I love different covers and designs and the way my mind processes it just works better for me that way. I also have them separate because of my busy schedule. I need to keep in view the entire year verses a month or two at a time. This prevents doubling on things. I have a separate planner for school that is totally muted (all others are colorful). It's muted on purpose to help me not be so stimulated so the children's energy don't go out the roof because I led them there 😂🤣 I keep that one to itself because it not only houses everything I need for teaching, but also what I need as I work on getting my teaching license. So there's a lot going on in there. My faith planner is actually a notebook I put together separating it by quarters. My studies are around the plans I make for my life, business, and finances within each quarter. This way I follow a curriculum I created for myself. I really love the suggestion you shared with us a few months ago about the top and bottom tabs - THAT WAS A TRUE BLESSING❣❣❣ It has made getting right to what I'm in need of swiftly. I'm enjoying all the suggested tools you link for us. By the way, I was wondering if you planned to do some muted colors for your dots and colorful boxes?

I’m a Gma too . watching a 16 month old during the week 11-7:30 and trying to plan out my “off time to practice spiritual disciplines, meals , zoom classes etc. Both of you ladies have made the Planner process easier. I have problem with identifying the best time for the task.For example, the weekly house cleaning,it needs body energy not mind energy so I don't put it at morning block. I have no job just small business and 2 kids. As busy mom some of tasks moving to another days most of the time. Inside my mind say don't waste time on house cleaning.I tried to clean all house in one day 🙃 😩 but it didn't work. I apologize if my words doesn't make sense for you but I am Not a native English language. The main point how could I choose the perfect hour for every task when I don't have a main concept like career or school.

This is an interesting video! Nice setup. I also have a letter size disc notebook; this gives me some good ideas. Levenger has "foldover snap covers" that are currently on sale on their website. They look almost identical to this Tul one, but they have a snap closure strap with gold snap hardware, and the inside cover has a secretarial flap instead of slip pockets. It has a really cool hidden pen loop inside the closure strap. Also: I have noticed a peculiar verbal tic in KZbin planner world, throughout this video and many others, that seems to be a primarily female habit. Instead of saying "I have", "I track", "I keep", etc, women will use the emphatic form of the verb, "I do have", "I do keep", "I do track", etc. I'm sure it's a completely unconscious habit, but as a grammar nerd, I've always noticed it and wondered where it comes from. I rarely hear men use this verb form, unless it's for specific emphasis (as in response to someone who asks a question, like "Do you really budget every week?" And the response is "Yes, I do budget every week).

I don't like tossing mine out as I use it as a journal of sorts. Plus if I need to refer back to something for my business, I will need those pages.

Do you continue to add new pages to each section as you enter a new month? Or do you remove finished months first- and if so what do you do with them? Are you adding and removing practically your entire book each month? Sorry so many questions! ☺️ Trying to figure out how you keep it from growing too much! I use a similar concept as Alaina. For my part, I remove my monthly calender (dailies) when the month is over - otherwise it would grow too big 😅 I have a notes and info section which I don't remove as often, but have to review at least every 2-3 months unless this part grow too fast as well 🙄 Hope I could help a little...

Hey! I only keep one month in the planner. At the end of each month I will remove the current month (July) and replace with the next month (August). I store the older months on my bookshelf for 2 years then I toss them.

I personally have both a business and a personal calender; and to avoid conflicts I write important work appointments or meetings in my personal calender and vice versa ;)

Hey! The 4 sections wasn't for my planner. Earlier this week we discussed where I would start (If I had to start over). Those are the 4 sections, i would start with if I had to start over. But my current setup includes 7 sections and about 4 subsections. :)
