I ended up making a "cabinet" that's around 8cm deep, with shelves inside and using this old big picture frame I had as the door, and bolted it to the wall like a regular picture frame. The back is just a sturdy fabric stapled to the wood so it's not unnecessarily bulky. It was game-changinf for me.

I know it’s already an ad and all but I seriously recommend trying this brand. They have so many different colored nail polishes, so I doubt you won’t find one you like. The nail tools also work really well. One of my favorites is the Poppy, it comes in handy if you have shaky hands and if you haven’t gotten used to painting your nails with your not so good arm, as she said in the video! :) Edit : thank so much for all these likes! Oh I have containers like that from Amazon. Years ago when I was looking for something to organize my polishes in, they had boxes just like these for toy cars. So I bought a whole bunch for super cheap. Has a lot of compartments too:) Tho now they sell it for nail polish as well, not just toy cars

I got two of these for Christmas and had no idea what to do with them until I did the same thing and I tell you they are game changing!! All my bottles fit except some very old Mary Kay colors( don’t judge I was sucked in at 18) and being able to see all the colors is sooo nice!!!
