Those silicone chair covers are fabulous when you have elderly people living in the house you do not want them to try to sit down and a chair to move out from under them because sometimes they're not quite as sturdy on their feet that's a wonderful thing

Great tips..Can u suggest an idea for cupboards that no longer close and remains open always.. As its locking part is wide open

Maybe using magnets on the inside of the cupboard door and one of the shelves or the bordering space would help.

If it is wooden then fix a frame at the door closing point in the front like a grab bar in the train, that will hold the top and bottom frame together. Because wide space and two doors without a centre hold bound to widen due to weight and moisture over time. If no choice then make a full inner frame all around and nail all the sides then your door could be fixed to a magnet and the alignment will close the door very firmly.
