@@voidroad The amount of words has nothing to do with self defeating design, I don't know which playbook you pulled that one from. If you add a value in one spot and then remove it from another, you end up at the beginning and added two lines of useless fluff. Nothing to do with length, everything to do with content and the lack of it. I'm going to assume you're not just reading out some copypasted zingers out of a list and that that was some sort of misunderstanding or miscommunication instead. If they instead changed the magic damage to heavier AP scaling or applied to bonus damage to some sort of interaction with the ball for example, that would actually change how she could be played without just making her op at lvl 1, like you said (and which could be fairly valid). Now it just adds a number of damage and then removes roughly the same number of damage, without deviating from the status quo much at all.

Since when was that her lore? As i knew it, her lore was that she was a botched creation by one of the scientists of Piltover after Viktor created Blitzcrank. Orianna looked humanoid, but behaved mechanically while Blitzcrank looked inhuman, while having very human emotions.

Yeah, Orianna's passive is SOOO bad. She doesn't need an extra 20 damage with an AA when she can do like 1500 with a combo. Also, she's so squish that there's no reason to try to AA anybody after 10 minutes.
