The Festival of the East is a cultural event that takes place in various Italian cities and celebrates the traditions, culture and art of the East. During the festival, numerous activities and shows related to different Asian cultures are organized, such as China, Japan, India, Korea, Tibet and many other countries
Among the main attractions of the Festival of the East are performances of traditional dance, music, martial arts, crafts, cuisine and traditional medicine. Shows include demonstrations of martial arts such as Chinese kung fu, Japanese karate and Korean taekwondo, as well as traditional dance performances such as Chinese dragon dance, lion dance and traditional Japanese Kabuki theatre.
During the festival, you can also participate in workshops and hands-on demonstrations of traditional crafts, such as Chinese calligraphy, Japanese ceramics, silk painting and jewelry making. Additionally, there are food stalls offering a variety of authentic Asian dishes, allowing visitors to enjoy the different cuisines of the East.
