At 3:48, you slide one unit up from the other to add glue. Turns out, the flaps are much easier to tuck from this position. You only need to get them partway in, and then sliding down seats the flaps fully. At this point I've only assembled a few units, but I think this should still work for the rest. (Perhaps not the last connection?)
