Origami Frog Base

Once you do the fold at 3:25 or so, my book totally left me hangin!! Thanks for this video to clear it all up.

tried to do this with construction paper (cut to right size) cause im making something that i want to be brown.....somehow my shape has a flap hanging down at 3:25 that covers those little leg things. I tucked it inside it and ended up with an impossible to fold shape 5:49. I just quit this idea cause i need the frog base to make a sloth.....and a sloth is apparently very hard and i cant even get a base done so yeah

Construction paper usually isn't the best for origami, especially with more complex models. You can get colored origami paper at craft stores or on the internet. I know this is 3 years late and you may know this stuff already.
