WOW!! Very Nice of you to do This! Thank You Very Much Sweet Paper! I Put Sweet Paper on my Featured Channels. The Dollar Design I have in mind for this top is going to be Difficult and even could be the most difficult to assemble so likely will be some time before I do work on it, I'll keep you posted.

10:20 that is a genius way of doing those creases! Why didn't I think of that. Can use this method in many other pieces too. Thank you. Great tutorial
i seriously watch your videos with patience. just without a word how beautifully you display your art, engineering and mathematics. your videos and mit lectures for origami/geometric folding algorithms does put a lot of impact in my aerospace engineering life. if something learnt from your lectures/videos may make money in my life, i will definitely put you in acknowledgement and its money to you. thank you a lot for putting this valuable talent.

Thank you! I can only make boxes and bags, but some genius people like you utilize origami for highly developed technology. That is really amazing to me😲.

A demonstration well detailed. What made me watch this video to the end was to see how did you make those lovely diamonds shapes of the lid. And again that small hexagon at the base of the box brought a smile to my face when it finally was formed. This is an origami box that I've never seen before. Thank you, I will add it to my library and this weekend I will try to make it and see the result.

Thank you very much for watching through the end😊! It might be advanced level origami, but I hope you will enjoy making the box.

Very nice. My folding went nicely up until it was time to secure each of the ends to the other. Both lid & box. Ends up going from beautiful to something that looks like it was run over by a truck. After fiddling with it for more than I should, the paper gets too soft. But will keep trying. 😁 Thanks for your tutorial! 💜

Thank you so much, I did it step by step with you, using a red rose wrapping paper and it turned out awesome 🙏🏻🌹
Cuando vienes a leer los comentarios y te das cuenta de que todos hablan otro idioma y no sabes lo que dicen 😕😐😊☺😀😁😂

Instead of pinching the bottom at the end to help lid fit could I cut 1 com strip from the bottom part before folding it into 7?
@SweetPaper5 жыл бұрын
Yes. That will make a easier to open box and that might be nicer😄. You may need to use calculator & ruler to fold into 7. I often make a mistake while using them😫, so i found out this model which I can make without that kind of tools.

How to cut an A4 paper into 1:1.4 ratio?
@SweetPaper5 жыл бұрын
A4 is 1:1.4142.... , almost 1:1.4 already. So you don't need to cut. Sorry if it's confusing.
