Origami peacock by Jun Maekawa

This is the wonderful origami peacock by Jun Maekawa. It's our second origami peacock after the peacock by Vicente Palacios, that video is watched over 2 million times! This peacock is made out of one sheet of kami 30x30cm and it doesn't require any glue. This peacock was designed by Jun Maekawa and it's from the book 'Genuine Origami' This model is difficult to make, so I put it on the more complex side! OK, color me impressed. That was a challenging fold. Thanks for using kami - that made it a lot easier to follow than some of your monochrome paper videos. Thanks for putting this video together. It was extremely helpful, especially in the pleat reversals in the tail.
