Leyla, I'm writing to thank you for your tutorials. I'm new to origami and I love your tutorials, they are so helpful because you talk us through and show us how. A lot of sites I've gone to don't do that and it get frustrating to learn. I feel safe and confident here. I had my own original twist to your origami star of gratitude for Christmas project. Instead of worrying about what design will be in the center I've decided to put pictures of my grandchildren and just tuck them under the edges that are left when the project is completed. And on the back I'll write a fun memory. I'll hang them on my tree and at Christmas I'll let them take their ornament off the tree and they can keep it for their ornament to hang on their tree next year. I'm in my 60's and needed something to help calm and relax me. Origami has filled this purpose. God Bless and keep your videos coming. S. Green

for some reason my granddaughter name came up here instead of mine. The comment above was from me, the grandma :) Sherilynn Green. I didn't know to fix it. I got her little daughter, my great granddaughter an origami kit this year for Christmas. She love working with paper. Anyway, God Bless.

Thank you for this! I wanted to find a way to make some Christmas cards but didn’t want to spend much money and I already have a bunch of Origami paper I bought years ago and this would be such a perfect use for it!

So, I just folded it and it didn't take very long at all and turned out really beautifully. I think it would look nice as a frame for a photo also. I am looking forward to making a lot more and to making some variations. Thank you again.

I was just on a website that carries the folders as well as paper and other tools. I will try and link for you. The website is in French but Google translate worked fine and I picked up some paper, a folder and a cutter. www.origami-shop.com/plioir-origami-bambou-xml-219_1798_243-2677.html

soy nuevo, podrias por favor indicarme si hay videos en español
@OrigamiSpirit8 жыл бұрын
La mayoría de los videos tienen subtítulos en español. Además, el lenguaje del origami, que las manos hablan, se puede entender sin tener el volumen del video en alto. Si prestas atención, tus sabios ojos verán todo lo que hay que ver ;-)
