I'm glad you like it. The colours are really a bit different as we tried a lot of different shades for the wedding bouquet.

Wait, if you were using only the small dark blue flowers, why do you made also the light blue ones?

The different shades were prototypes, made of cheaper paper. In the wedding bouquet they were made for, they were only one colour.

hii, the petals keeps on coming back up after a few minutes. What do you recommend for me to do?

Unfortunately, without seeing it, I'm not sure what's causing the problem, so I'll list several things that might provide a solution. -Sometimes the paper is of the type that doesn't hold well on the creases. Try a different paper. -Be sure to try folding it large first, I learn everything that way, and when I'm good at it, I fold it small afterwards. -Also, watch more than once the part where I show the petals folding down, that's the hardest part, you have to shape the paper a bit there, it's not a clean fold.

Did you use primrose to make this model?I found them both similar
@origamiaroundАй бұрын
Oh yes indeed, they are exactly the same.The bride wanted something close to the Forgetmenots and this was the closest of the designs I had already tried :) This tutorial turned out better though imho.

@origamiaround oh I see, I wanted to do it because I'm in the final stretch of spring flowers and I would like to do both the primrose and the forget-me-not, but I wouldn't like to repeat models

If I don't find any other template to finish Spring on my Instagram, can I slightly modify your model? I always include the authors in the posts, I will certainly include you as the creator

it would be both primrose and forget me not
@origamiaroundАй бұрын
@@link8025 Of course you can, my design is based on a traditional one anyway. I will gladly repost your instagram post if you tag me. I really like and appreciate your attitude. 🥰🥰

What other stem alternatives?? That you recommend??
@origamiaround5 ай бұрын
I've tried many different types, thinner wire, thicker wire, rubber covered wire, paper covered wire. I like the thinner wire the best, it's easy to shape and I can wrap it with floral tape if I want.

What is the name of the wire you use? Or any link for that wire thing?
@origamiaround Жыл бұрын
I bought it a local crafting store, if you search for 'Floral Flower Stem Wire' you will find a few variations. There are paper covered, plastic coated versions, but I like this simply painted green one the most so far.

The issue I see with these is that Forget-Me-Nots have 5 petals, not 4.

I'm sorry if that bothers you. The truth is that I make both videos and flower designs as a hobby. I'm not a professional, so I'm just trying to capture how these flowers look in real life. My models are made of paper, they have square shapes and edges, they do not look like the real thing, at all and that is not my intention with them.
