For First Marination

2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
½ tbsp yellow chilli powder
2nd Marination
4 tbsp hung curd
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp black salt
⅓ tsp salt
½ tsp yellow chilli powder
2 tsp tikka/ tandoori masala
4 tsp chaat masala
1 lemon juice
For Cream Sauce
1 cup curd
½ cup fresh cream
handful fresh coriander
1 green chilli
fresh mint leaves
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp chaat masala
butter for garnishing
