ചേച്ചി എനിക്ക് 12 വയസ്സ് ആയിട്ടുള്ളൂ ഞാൻ ഈ ഒരു വീഡിയോ കണ്ടു എനിക്ക് പാൽ പെട എന്ന പറയുന്നത് വളരെ ഇഷ്ടമാണ് ഞാൻ ഇത് ട്രൈ ചെയ്യാം എന്ന് ആദ്യം വിചാരിച്ചു അപ്പോൾ എൻറെ കയ്യിൽ ആകെ 100 ml പാൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നുള്ളൂ അപ്പൊ ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കി പാൽ പാത്രത്തിൽ പാൽ ഒഴിച്ച് 15 മിനിറ്റോളം അടുപ്പത് വെച്ചിട്ടും ഇലകിയും പാൽ വറ്റുന്നത് മാത്രമേയുള്ളു പാല് കുറുകുന്നു ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല അപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ ഒരു സ്പൂൺ നെയ്യൊഴിച്ച് അടുപ്പിൽ നിന്ന് ഇറക്കി ഇളക്കിയിട്ട് എന്നിട്ടും ഞാൻ അടുപ്പിൽനിന്ന് ഇറക്കിയിട്ട് ഇളക്കി കൊണ്ടേയിരുന്നു അപ്പൊ കട്ടായി ആയില്ല പിന്നെ കുറച്ച് പാൽപ്പൊടി ട്ടോ എന്നിട്ടും കട്ട് ആവുന്നില്ല എന്നിട്ട് അടുപ്പിലിട്ട് കുറച്ച് മിൽക് പൗഡറിട്ട് എന്നിട്ട് പിന്നെയും കിട്ടിയില്ല പിന്നെ ഒരു 5 മിനിറ്റ് ഫ്രീസറിൽ വച്ചു അപ്പോൾ കട്ടിയായി എന്നിട്ടു ചെറിയ ചെറിയ ഉരുളകളാക്കി എന്നിട്ട് ഒരു അഞ്ചുമിനിറ്റ് ഫ്രീസറിൽ വച്ചു ശരിക്കും ഭയങ്കര ടേസ്റ്റ് ആയിരുന്നു

Tried it, it's good. Took around 40 minutes. But trust me. It's not that hard. Take a large vessel so you could keep the flame at high temperature. Last 10 - 15 minutes. Be careful. But it's worth trying. I thought these pedas have large quantity of sugar. But, I just added closer to 2 spoons of sugar for 1/2 litres of milk. Got like 8 small pedas.
