Hii ...I really like your recipe of mo:mo but plz dont write authentic nepali before this momo..coz ur recipe in no where close to authentic nepali mo:mo ..lets talk about the fillings if u r making veg momo in nepali style the must needed veggies are cabbage carrots onions nepali momo masala ginger onions ginger salt and aginomoto...and talking about the achar ..the recipe of ur achar doesnot anywhere match the recipe of nepali achar ..anyways i learned new recipe of making momo ...thank u 😄
