( Late reply) yes you actually can, Google about BDM ASSAULT, it bring exfat support to many things like, FMBC, POPSTARTER, and wlaunch ( old versions), everything explained in the github of BDM ASSAULT

I just got a mx4sio. I’ll try it out with the ELFs you posted. You also mentioned something about the controller freezing with the HDMI video adapter plugged in the USB for power. What adapter are you using for HDMI output? Mine has very low quality, even when outputting 480p.

iv been at this for hour please help im not sure if i downloaded the wrong file i have used both the bitfunx mx4sio and the mc2sio and when i put the game in the dvd folder nothing happens

Hello. I have a problem. I have a game that starts from a USB pendrive, but does not start from MX4SIO. I have tried various methods but it still does not want to start. The game image is exactly the same as on the USB. Other games start. How to solve this problem?

So now the latest OPL v1.2.0 Beta support exFAT for HDD now? i stuck with GrimDoomer's OPL for a long time because it was the only one supporting exFAT. EDIT: i doesn't seem to work on my exFAT-formatted SSD with a Network Adapter converted with a SATA connector inside. It work perfectly with Grimdoomer's latest version, but not with the v1.2.0 beta2049

most recent beta for me showed my games, but I would get black screen when loading 'em. I went to the prior OPL release and could see and load off my exfat hdd.

it doesn't work for me, I put the latest opl from the link in the memory card and it doesn't read the micro sd while with another opl version 1.1.0 beta it reads it but it works with fat32 while in exfat as soon as I open opl it freezes on a black screen. does anyone have a place to find a working opl one

If i put usb memory in format EXFAT fmcb stuck on start up logo but when i use mx4SIO EXFAT work very good.

PS2 CD games have a blue back. All comercially-released PS2 DVDs have a silver bottom.

It doesnt support exfat; only mbr fat32 (uelf freedvdboot). You can swap pendrives in opl.

The only faster way is to use the Lan port with a mini modem that has USB 2.0 than you can use hdds or SD's with more speed than any memorycard sd adapter that has fat32 or exfat. (exfat is nor for speed, its for reading more than 2GB files)
