Übrigens: Den Beweis, dass die eine Lampe viel heller ist als die andere, kann man am Ende des Films daran erkennen, dass sie von der dunkleren Lampe einen Schatten an die Wand wirft. Wohingegen die hellere keinen Schattenwurf hat. Thanks for the informative video. By the way, the proof that one lamp is much brighter than the other, you can see at the end of the film, because it casts a shadows of the darker lamp on the wall. While the brighter lamp has no shadow.

Большое спасибо за видео, только мне не понятно: 1 Лампы выделяют большое количество тепла, и рано или поздно в замкнутом помещении будет жарко, тем более если лампа будет не одна, и вторая как быть с выжиганием кислорода и куда девать CO.

How about the modern production of thorium mantle? I've heard that peerless mantle have manufacturing both thorium and yttrium mantle. I would like to know the difference between old thorium mantle (original petromax mantle) compared to the new one.

Hi Great show of lights here .. Can you tell me please ..what pressure was indicated on the manometer when you switched on the mantle after preheating... my Petromax exact same.. may blow a hole in the mantle bottom at red line 2 bar .. what pressure do you use and advise .. thanks

Gleich ein paar originale Glühstrümpfe bestellt;). Schade vor paar Wochen sah ich ein Angebot da wurden 30 Glühstrümpfe von 1939 verkauft. Leider finde ich das Angebot jetzt nicht mehr. Hätte ich das früher gewusst ;)

How do you know that the difference in brightness does not have other reasons?
