Awesome video. Did you set up the reverse camera? If so how did it work out? I know the reverse camera works...well should work on mine but it is flickering bad. Sometimes I see the view at the back and then it turns off. It randomly and stops working completely. Does anyone have this problem?

Great video! I noticed that you didn't connect the steering wheel controls. Is it possible to connect the steering wheel buttons to the Android radio? I saw that you left the key 1 and key 2 wires unconnected. Thanks!

If you have roof buttons etc do they fit in that small panel and assume they become hidden so got to guess what button you want to press? Any real pictures of the unit with buttons in place

Hi, I have a convertible and the buttons are on the underside heating the seats opening closing the roof works everything beautifully

@@gntr77 Hi, I bought a similar android head unit, not this one! but same, had to mess about a bit with trial and error but got there! I have a 116i m sport 2009, just go into canbus settings, check each one working your way down the list, when you see bmw, look for your model? and save, try the volume up-down on your wheel and see if it works? if not, find the next canbus manufacturor with bmw in the list!! and pick & save the profile!! try volume buttons again!! just keep working your way down the canbus list, its trial and error m8 : ) I eventually got to about the 13th vender, chose BMW and it said e-90, X1, I saved the x1 profile and yippeeeee!!! the steering wheel buttons worked! volume + volume - and the phone button worked too, went straight to bluetooth phone calls 😉 give it a try, its a right pain in the ass working down the canbus list!!! but hopefully one of the BMW saves for a particuler model will fix it for you? good luck, and fingers crossed for you : )

Just to add that E81, which is my actual model wasnt in the list? but saving the X1 profile worked 👍 hope this helps out!! peace out bro..................

@@gntr77 aha, thats good : ) and my pleasure! hmm, I didnt connect the plug with all the leads for RCA out, amp, etc etc! as im happy with the current sound I get from the factory speaker setup 😏 so I dont know why this isnt working? i`m guessing it should be plug and play? just connecting the right male RCA plug to the conforming female plug? I understand your frustration m8 : ( maybe try a car audio specialist to try and solve your sound issues? I know it will cost you! but at least it would be peace of mind when your souns sytem is boom boom boom!! lol, good luck with getting a solution to the problem as the vender is blanking you 😡 not good customer service at all....................

There is a plastic port that you remove and placing in the heated seats or if you have a convertible all the button sit underneath AC apparently underside he didn't have heated seats but there is a port that fits right in there, He did not remove the long rectangle plastic. underneath the AC controls but yes it can be done cuz mine works perfectly I have a convertible version

@@onyiiilo378 I got mine from eBay steering wheel controls won’t work subwoofer rca won’t work rear rca won’t work Bluetooth takes very long time to connect ac panel keep sinking back I have to pull it out all the time waste my time and money

You have to secure the AC control with the long plastic which fits diagonal with the holes drilled on the bottom which it won't be pushed back by pressing the buttons screw the end to the screw and the other end is going to go through this tiny hole stepping it in place and it will never push back
