Sonic CD uses the X-Static Goldmine quite a lot. Other than that, Screwstach's channel has the link to a large zip of raw samples used by Sega composers, going as far back as S3&K to as recent as Unleashed and Gens. Other than that, several Sonic Retro threads contain info on synths used. For example, Korg M1 is used quite commonly in Sonic CD and Sonic Mania.

Look, those samples that get absorbed in Stardust Speedway is just brilliant than just good. I cannot take any negative criticism from this tune and the team that worked on this magnificent soundtrack. And you know what? I heard many references from other melody and beat samplers in other artists’ music like for example, the song Live Life from Sonic and the Black Knight has that familiar melody from the bassline, tempo, and rhythm at the final portion that sounds exactly like Purple Rain, Labyrinth Zone from Sega Genesis’ Sonic The Hedgehog emanating the melody to The Emotions’ Best of My Love, also sampled by Mariah Carey, everything. I’m glad we have Sonic Origins just to play Sonic CD again.
