b flat is a scale in which it has its own sargam like c sharp b d and b flat

Let me give you an easy idea. Observe the Black keys of the Harmonium/ piano. There are two types of sets. One set has 2 Black keys, and the other has 3 black keys. In the set where there are 3 black keys together, the third one is called the b flat note. Technically, it is to the left of B note. Remember sharps are in the right and flats are in the left. Now, consider That B flat note as "Sa". It'll have an entire octave- Sa re ga ma pa dha ni sa starting from there. That's your B flat scale in Hindustani classical. It's not a formal defination but that's how my guru taught me when I was little.
