I've been watching since Combiner Wars, but starting in robot mode makes the review lose some of the "Emgo" feel that I've had with this channel over the years, and it may not seem like a big deal but, it's something I noticed. I appreciate the fact you compared him with Wei Jiang Black Apple Optimus, I bought him after two years of trying to find him for a decent price. And he doesn’t come till October so I wanted him to have a body to stand next to when he arrives. I just bought this figure and I’m blown away. I think the scaling is pretty decent between the two, sentinel was definitely bigger than optimus. No one else has compared these two, so much appreciated 🙏

If Sentinel had come during the ROTF/HFTD golden age of Transformers engineering, I bet he would have had such a crazy transformation. Don't get me wrong, I love both the original leader and the new voyager molds, but this is an incredible improvement. Can't wait to see the Movie Masterpiece when it comes out (2025?).

Yeah I can't jiggy with this new way of reviewing. There's just some sort of excitement and its more revealing when its in alt mode to vehicle mode than vise versa. I really hope this doesn't ruin it for me because you're my favorite reviewer man.

It just sucks when you've been reviewing these figures for 10+ years doing everything in a specific way and it worked 110%. And it was fun, because the alt modes were cool or boring or whatever but they weren't nearly as exciting as getting to see it transform into the robot mode. Because the robot mode was supposed to be the big exciting reveal. Then there was that one person who complained. All I have to say is that don't fix it if it isn't broken.

It’s not just one person. It’s a complaint I got quite often and it’s something that does turns people away from watching me. The poll currently stands at 68% to 32% in favor of starting with how it’s packed so clearly the majority feel this is the proper course of action. Not just one person. It wasn’t broken, but it’s not working well anymore either.

Even some of the people that wanted it to start how it's packaged wants it to start in alt mode but haven't changed the vote (unless they don't know they can, I'm not sure). But, that's the thing with formats, some people will like it and some won't. You can't please everybody, that's why you must be careful with what you do, because you could wind up losing more people than you intended when you change something. In this case, people have grown to love your style of video Emgo myself included, and people shouldn't try to change something that a lot of people already like. It just won't work.
