I just bought a ring here in the US in a discount store it says made in turkey and it’s gold plated with dark brown stone. The color of the stone all of a sudden changes into a bright lime green color and then dark blue and we don’t know what kind of stone it is so I searched on KZbin. it’s pretty interesting and cool!

Based on what the Turkish woman in the video described, and the fact that your stone changes color so dramatically, plus the fact that you bought it in a discount store - I’m afraid that might be a lab-created stone.
@papagiorgio23 Жыл бұрын
@@orhankarabuya587 If the zultanite stone is authentic then try to sell in China, you become millionaire in short time, Chinese people don’t care about money if the stone is 100% authentic.

Turquoise was sold in Europe mined in Persian mines (Iran) and the name was given to the stone by the French. BTW those so called turquoise beads dont look genuine turquoise in first look.
@3rrlia661 Жыл бұрын
''The word turquoise dates to the 17th century and is derived from the Old French turquois meaning "Turkish" because the mineral was first brought to Europe through the Ottoman Empire.According to the same source, the gemstone was first brought to Europe from Turkestan or another Turkic territory'' So turquoise doesn't mean iranoise or whoeveroise you want here to give credit by omitting the Turks.
@drpk6514 Жыл бұрын
@@3rrlia661 LOL I see you didnt put the rest of the quote here. There is no Turquoise mine in Turkey. Everywhere clearly mentions the Turkish merchants were only transferring the Persian Turquoise to Europe.
