The thing is I really love the remixes. But some of the originals are old. As they say old is gold. Neha Kakkar and others make these remakes so millennials like yourself will love the beat and feel to it. But the main reason is they’ve lost that creativity. You never see American singers recreate songs from a famous singer like Prince or MJ because they have creativity; something Bollywood artists don’t have anymore.

I agree with the first part, but Bollywood artists still go to have creativity. American artists might not do a remake, but they sample SO many old songs that weren't that popular. Bollywood remakes are usually from popular old songs so people notice more. A LOT of newer Bollywood songs, especially soulful songs are so amazing and original. So I disagree with the statement that "Bollywood artists don't have creativity anymore." It's usually the fast songs that are remakes anyway. It's pretty rude to compare singers from different countries or backgrounds, js.

It shows now bollywood have no creativity. Story - from south Indian films. Action- from Hollywood. Songs-old or punjabi Adding some 18+ content. And film ready. Each year 90 percent bollywood film made like this ! Its a sad reality. Because bollywood industry not see talent in person,it only see how much money these person can give for this position. Thats why south Indian film are great in medium budget.

This is the problem with remakes.... very few original songs are being made now. This shows how lazy the music industry has become in India. Remakes are starting off on the backfoot as it is relying upon nostalgia and the past record of the original song to gain views. Also, every singer now is using autotune , that sucks. It figures that you will like the remakes as you have not been exposed to the old original songs. Thank you for reminding me that new remakes are shit from artistic point of view. Will only play them when there is a party or something like that.
